Shipping Policy

At Forever Forest, each piece is carefully handcrafted and thoughtfully packed to bring the forest to your doorstep in perfect form.

This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.


1. SERVICE LOCATIONS

We currently ship across India to most metro cities, Tier 1 locations, and selected Tier 2/3 towns.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Products marked as “Made to Order” may take 10-15 business days or as mentioned on the product page.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


3. SHIPPING TIMELINE

📦 Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch
🚚 Delivery Partners: We use reliable courier services (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC,India Post etc.)

Delivery times may vary based on your pin code and unforeseen factors like weather, strikes, or service restrictions.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India for orders above ₹1,000.

  • Orders below ₹1,000: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also write to connect@bioq.in for real-time updates.


6. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • The delivery address and phone number provided are correct and complete.

  • Products are inspected upon delivery. If you notice damage, inform us within 48 hours with photos.


7. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

We aim to meet promised timelines, but delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

  • High seasonal demand or promotional periods

In such cases, we’ll keep you informed via email or phone.


8. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or customer unresponsiveness:

  • The shipment will be returned to us.

  • We will attempt re-delivery after reconfirming address details.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.


9. BULK & CUSTOM ORDERS

Bulk, festive, or corporate orders may follow custom shipping schedules and packaging. Please reach out to us directly for timelines and delivery commitments.


10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently not accepting international orders through the website. For B2B export/distribution partnerships, please email connect@bioq.in.
