We currently ship across India. If your pin code is serviceable, you’ll be able to check out successfully.

Orders are dispatched in 2-4 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days depending on your location.
Q6. Is Cash on Delivery available?
No, COD is not available.

We’re sorry! Please email us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours at connect@bioq.in, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to cancel.
