Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Forever Forest, each product is handcrafted with real, preserved natural materials. As such, minor variations are a mark of authenticity, not defect. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our pieces, we follow a strict but fair return and replacement policy.

1. RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns unless:

  • The product delivered is damaged in transit

  • The product received is incorrect (not what was ordered)

We do not accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Minor visual variations in color, texture, or arrangement (since every product is unique)

  • Usage or exposure to unsuitable conditions (sunlight, water, humidity, outdoor placement)

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Email us at connect@bioq.in with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Return requests raised beyond 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

3. REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Replacements will only be issued:

  • If the product delivered was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • If an incorrect item was shipped

Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and ship the replacement within the standard dispatch timeline. In case a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The product qualifies under the return policy

  • The issue is verified by our quality assurance team

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method

  • Within 7–10 business days of confirmation

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Shipping charges (if any)

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled:

Beyond that, cancellations will not be accepted, as most orders are processed promptly to preserve freshness and quality.
